For Employers & Recruiters

Employers using the platform are granted access to features including, but not limited to:

  • Job Search: Job search availability throughout the Web Apps, job posting, and skill matching tools.
  • Students & Interns: Facilities for student enrollment management, visibility monitoring for mobile application.

For Candidates & Employees

Job Seekers using the platform are provided tools to navigate career paths, including:

  • Profile Management : Generation of a detailed Digital Resume detailing work history, technical skills, and key project metrics.
  • Recruiter Privacy Policy: Advanced privacy tools allowing users to block specific corporate entities, competitor domains, or their current employer from inspecting their resume data.
  • Engagement: Following distinct recruiters, access to the Company Insights Hub , and receiving direct hiring invitations.
  • Premium Tools : Paid features including Professional Resume Writing, Profile Booster algorithms to mathematically escalate routine search positioning, and access to a curated Certifications Hub for resolving skill gaps.

FEES, PAYMENTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium Services: Certain aspects of the Services, such as specialized HRMS software infrastructure, continuous payroll tools, and Premium Job Seeker Tools (Resume Writing, Profile Booster), are subject to transaction fees or recurring subscription models.

Billing and Modifications: All fees are listed in the respective module checkouts. RECARUH reserves the right to modify its pricing architecture at any time upon reasonable notice via the Website or email communications.

Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a distinct Service Level Agreement (SLA) for enterprise HRMS users, all payments made for premium credits, resume enhancements, and structural subscriptions are non-refundable.

IPR & Patents

Our Intellectual Property: The Website, its original content, design wireframes, layout, Hero section concepts, user interface, brand name “RECARUH”, structural databases, proprietary matching algorithms, Rezdesk codebases, and brand marks are the exclusive property of RECARUH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content(UGC): By posting job listings, corporate reviews, resume headlines, and profile metrics on the platform, you grant RECARUH a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the explicit purpose of operating, improving, and marketing our recruitment and HRMS platform.

PRIVACY, AND SECURITY

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For users employing our HRMS, payroll operations, attendance records, or PF/ESI tools, RECARUH operates strictly as a data processor handling personal sensitive data on behalf of the Employer. We deploy standard technical and organizational frameworks to protect employee payrolls, financial generation data, and digital resume screening.

DISCLAIMERS 

As-Is Provision: The Website including the HRMS suites, payroll operations, and job search indices—are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any sort, either express or implied.

No Guarantee of Results: RECARUH does not guarantee that using our platform will result in an employer finding a suitable candidate, an intern finding an opening, or a job seeker securing employment. We do not independently verify crowdsourced data in the Company Insights Hub.

Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RECARUH, its directors, employees.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RECARUH is corporately registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal issues arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located at the company’s corporate seat.
